We are a successful Property Development Company available for your projects. Many of our clients have seen the quality of our own development projects and have engaged us to carry out work for them.
You may be daunted by the prospect of the work or project you need to undertake and where we are different to most builders is that while we have all the skilled trades you need for your project, we also have professional project managers who "speak your language", rather than "builder speak".
No job is too large or too small. From a complete property refurbishment, down to the decoration of a single room. From 2009 we have added Loft Conversions to our portfolio.
In addition to carrying out the work itself, we will take on the whole project including (if required) any planning or building regulations and party wall agreements. Again this differentiates us from most other builders.
For larger projects, most of our clients have preferred to give us the problem and allow us to manage the project from end to end, while continually keeping them abreast of progress. Even for small jobs where this approach would be over the top, our clients have appreciated our professional and friendly service.
